Description: Object is situated in a quiet location and some ten minutes walk to the downtown. The house offers accommodation in four stylishly furnished apartments with a heated salt water swimming pool and children's playground. Close at hand you will find a restaurant, bar and food store.


Apartment nr. 4 is located on the top floor of the house. Up the stairs you enter the cozy and spacious living area. From the bright living room there is a large outdoor terrace with a sea view equipped with sitting garniture. Apartment can accommodate up to seven persons in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the second one with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
