'Clayton' is a property set on 30 acres of land in a fenced area that provides privacy. It offers a wide yard with a luxurious concrete path and wooded trees, a spacious guest house, a furnished summer house with a bar and a large dining table, as well as the most popular part of the property - a large swimming pool with crystal clear water. It is also idyllic at night, when the lighting around the pool lights up and creates a truly unique atmosphere.

Guests who are gourmands at heart will not have to choose which way they will enjoy preparing food, because a kettle, a skewer, a spoon are also provided in addition to the grill. Among the children's facilities, the most attractive is the trampoline, swing and hanging hammock (lounger) for relaxing in the sun. The yard is full of greenery and has a large capacity.
