Beschreibung (Englisch): I'm selling my house, 60 meters away from the beach, exactly 1 minute walking distance. It is located in the Kruce bay which is an extension of Hladna Uvala. It is a two-story 150 square meter house that has an additional 25 square meter terrace on the first floor and 2 balconies upstairs. The house is surrounded by the 400 square meters of land with tile lanes, English lawn, a hedge and a garden. It has a designated parking for at least 2 cars.
