The plot is for commercial use and is licensed for business activities (logistics, transport services, storage,
etc.), but these purposes at the level of this particular zone can be used at maximum of 35%. In addition
to the facilities necessary for performing the planned activities, area allows hospitality facilities, sports and
recreational facilities, service facilities (common garages, pump stations and gas stations), religious
buildings and housing facilities (but exclusively as commercial- residential buildings, with the share of
housing at maximum of 40% of the development area of the business facility).

Depending on the type of construction, buildings on a parcel for business purposes can be: freely
accessible (the building does not touch any line of urban plot) or in an interrupted row (the object touches
only one side line of the urban plot).
Within the parcel, construction of the following facilities is allowed: business building, business-production
facility, business-warehouse facility, business-production-warehouse facility, business-shopping center
(shopping mall), and other facilities on the plot.
As a general rule, one building is allowed to be built on one urban plot. For all urban plots with a surface
of more than 2000m2 it is possible to conduct work in phases in such a way that urban-technical conditions
