Realitica contains user generated content, including images and text. Advertising on realica.com is free for agencies and individuals.

Terms and Conditions of Use

• It is not allowed to advertise items or services that are prohibited by law.
• It is not allowed to advertise items or services that you are not legally authorized to sell or offer.
• You must not misclassify an ad.
• You may not post the same or very similar ad multiple times.
• You are required to enter your legal first and last name, ID number from your indentity card, and your residential address under "Change User Data". This data is private, but can be forwarded to authorities upon request, as regulated by law.
• If you advertise long-term apartment rentals, you need to verify your account with a local card or a local phone.
• The images you post must belong to you or you must have permission to use them. Most images on the Internet are protected by copyright.
