The building has 73m2 and is air conditioned. The interior of the building is modern and stylishly designed without kitschy details. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, large TV, fully equipped kitchen, gallery with 1 double bed, bathroom. The living room opens onto a terrace with a magical view of the Sava and we sign that while relaxing on one of the deck chairs on the terrace you will experience the most beautiful sunsets. The house also has a sleeping block with 3 single beds. The total capacity of the beds is 5.
Around the house there is a spacious yard, ideal for your relaxation as well as a basketball court. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, from the facilities for the youngest there is a house for children. In the yard there is an outdoor toilet with a sink.
From the soybean, you can easily reach the raft on the Sava by a bridge, where there are several deck chairs.
In the immediate vicinity of the facility is the River House Galovica 2, in the case of larger groups and organized corporate vacations and workshops, it is recommended to take both facilities.
The facility is located within the weekend resort, as in the first place the satisfaction of our guests so we care about the neighborhood, so please note that this is not a house for parties and the facility is not possible to bring sound and play too loud music that would disturb the neighborhood. Guests can relax with moderate music from the bluetooth speakers located on site. Weekends are a minimum of 2 nights. Price for smaller capacity and working days on request.
