The facility is located just 30 minutes' drive from the center of Belgrade, in the Šuplja Stena settlement, which belongs to the Avale locality. The estate is easily and quickly reached, and all its facilities offer conditions for one-time stays as well as longer stays throughout the year.

The property is on a cascading slope, where a modern guest house surrounded by a green lawn and flora gives the impression of privacy. The porch of the house, equipped with garden furniture where you can relax, overlooks the well-designed courtyard of the building, striking for its walled swimming pool, which gives this space a modern allure. The plateau around the pool is an ideal spot for enjoying, sunbathing on a warm day, and in the evening, with the night color of the pool itself, you can easily imagine yourself here with a glass of drink and fun with your loved ones.

Green Hill Villa is suitable for various events, birthdays, bachelorette parties, as well as a spontaneous retreat with colleagues from the company or someone from the environment. In its true capacity, the facility can host up to - 10 people during the day. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, enough parking space (10 vehicles) for an easier stay - as well as additional inquiries if necessary.

The villa has a modern character, and stands out for its daring design on two levels. All elements of the exterior, and everything inside the villa itself, are contemporary, completely new and properly integrated to enjoy it all year round. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bar element. This part of the villa leads to the outside terrace, but also has a luxurious bathroom that meets the most modern requirements. There are also two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. Winter days are pleasant here because of the fireplace available to guests. On the first floor of the house there is another bedroom with a double bed. The total sleeping capacity of the villa is - 6. There is another modern bathroom on the first floor - and all the furniture of the villa is modern and at the level of all guest requirements.
