Opis: House is 150 m from the sea on the east side of the island. No further building in the front of the house is allowed. It has a beautiful view of the islands Pag, Olib and a Velebit mountain in its full length. It consists of two floors with an attic and basement. The basement has five tanks for each apartment, with their separate pumps. Each apartment has its own separate electricity meter, and common bio sewage plant. Water is solar heated.

House has five three-bedroom apartments(4+2) and 2 studio apartments for two persons with a children bed. The apartments are equipped with satellite television and air conditioning. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony, depending on which floor is.

All apartments are equipped with kitchen and laundry room can be used separately. The house has a capacity for 25-30 people. Location of the house is on high ground by the sea which is about 150 m away. All of the rooms have a view to the east.

From the house leads a path (about 150 m) to the natural beach where you can find peace and enjoy the crystal clean sea....
