Opis (Engleski): Luxury stone villa in Kanfanar, near famous Rovinj town!Distance from the historical centre of Rovinj and beaches of Lone and Monte Mulini hotels is 10 km. Villa has an area of 200m2 built on a plot of 600m2. It extends on two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with an exit to the yard, as well as one bedroom with a hammock and a private bathroom.
