Opis: The project is located on the first line of Boka Kotorska, in the village of Risan. Part of the project is a historic stone property with a plot of land intended for the construction of a new building. The project is ideal for building a boutique hotel. Risan is famous for its historical heritage, ancient Roman mosaics, beaches and hotels. Hotel Teuta, named after the Roman queen who stayed in Risno, is currently under renovation and will be opened soon. Another attraction of the project is the proximity of the city of Perast – an open-air museum.
