This unique villa consists of three floors. In the basement there is a sauna and winery (wine cellar)
The ground floor of the villa has a dining room, kitchen, living room, gym and bathroom.
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms, each with bathroom, two large terraces, one facing the sea and the other facing the pool.
The second floor consists of a beautiful living room which contains a TV lounge, library, entertainment lounge, card shop, as well as a bathroom and wardrobe.
Within the house there is a technical room in which are located the pumps for the pool, devices for monitoring the facility, as well as the central steam heating and cooling plant ( heat pump). Underfloor heating is installed on the ground floor of the villa as well as all bathrooms.
The villa also has a summer kitchen, as well as a swimming pool 11x4m, with water reheating via heat pump.
The location of the villa is excellent, both for vacation and for life throughout the year, because in its vicinity is all the necessary infrastructure - primary school and kindergarten, post office, many restaurants and small hotels, shops, large and small beaches, one of which located in front of the house.
The house is comfortably tucked away, it is quiet and peaceful even in the peak season, and yet it is close to the center and important events, while the biggest advantage is the location - next to one of the most famous cultural monuments of Montenegro - Tre Sorelle, by the sea
