The house's courtyard is about 500 square meters. The apartment being advertised in this listing is located on the first floor of the house. The access to the sea is right in front of the house. The apartment has air conditioning, cable TV, and internet. The monthly rental price is 700 euros per month, plus utilities.
Also it is possible to rent the second apartment (the second apartmen) in order to have the whole property for yourself.
For renting the whole house, price is 1200 euros + utilities.
