One more installment needs to be paid, so the price has been reduced to €820,000. The furniture for fully equipping the apartment is half already paid for in Turkey (attached picture of the furniture), which includes beds, wardrobes, tables, pieces, sofas and complete sanitary ware for the bathrooms.
That would be a special offer because I don't know how else to offer it, maybe the customers don't like what they envisioned. It is necessary to invest another €100-150 thousand to complete the hotel.
