Beschreibung (Englisch): Tivat is a modern Mediterranean city oriented towards the development of tourism and complementary economic branches. Tivat is home to Porto Montenegro, a large marina for yachts with a luxury resort and all its amenities. A large investment project, like this one, Luštica Bay, is being developed on the Tivat part of the Luštica peninsula, where a city is emerging on a once deserted part of the coast. Tivat is connected to the whole world, by sea, but also by air, thanks to the airport located in Tivat.
In the heart of Tivat, just a few minutes' drive from the airport, a complex is being built in the Mrcevac settlement.
The complex consists of six buildings with shared parking and green areas.
In the first phase, 4 buildings are being built, the completion of which is expected in the middle of 2025.
In the second phase, the remaining two buildings are being built after the completion of the first phase.
The area of available apartments is from 31m2 to 79m2.
Each apartment gets one parking space included in the price.
