Beschreibung (Englisch): We offer apartments under construction in Melada - expected completion of works is March 2024, occupancy permit until June 2024.
There are six residential units in the building. On the ground floor there is a large three-room apartment with a garden, on the first floor there are three one-room apartments, while on the second floor there are two two-room apartments with roof terraces. Each apartment has two parking spaces and a storage room in the basement.
Most apartments have a three-sided orientation. All bedrooms face southeast, and the living areas are oriented southeast-southwest-northwest.
The heating and cooling of the apartments is provided through a multi split system, so that each room will have its own unit, while the bathrooms will have underfloor heating.
The apartments on the second floor have partially covered roof terraces that will have electricity, water and drainage connections. When designing the building, attention was also paid to the arrangement of the garden, where space is planned for the tenants and their guests....
