The apartments are listed in real estate records as separate PD units of 45m2 each, located on the same floor and with separate entrances, however, as the owner of both apartments is the same, the dividing wall between the apartments at the front door was removed, in order to use all 90m2 . Therefore, it is possible to buy both apartments together, in which case the price is 180,000 euros. If they are sold individually, the price of an apartment with a view of the sea is 110,000 euros, the price of an apartment with a view of the parking lot is 85,000 euros. Note, the apartment that overlooks the parking lot does not have a kitchen, but that space is used as a built-in closet, the kitchen installations are still there.
