Unique, family stone villa with private pool and immaculately landscaped courtyard decorated in a traditional Istrian style with lots of modern details. The house was renovated in 2020 and the modern and functionally decorated interior will leave you breathless.

The villa consists of ground floor and 2 floors in 280 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area and modern kitchen, the whole space has large windows so from every corner you have a beautiful view and lots of light. Also, the ground floor contains a toilet, a technical room (which can also serve as a storage room). From the living room there is an exit to the yard of the house, on the left side there is a dining table with ventilation so it is comfortable even in summer, and a beautiful pool of 7.5x4. It is important to note that the pool is hypoallergenic because the water in it does not contain chlorine, and the lighting of the pool during the night, makes swimming a special experience.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two, larger rooms have access to the same balcony while the smaller room has a gallery for an extra bed, ideal for a children's room. The house is fully air conditioned, and each room can be controlled separately. All hot water in the house is solar powered, with a boiler room on the ground floor of the house.

On the second floor we have a spacious and airy bedroom with a balcony and a beautiful view, and of course a separate bathroom in the room.

Brač stone and stone imported from France were used in the construction of the house. The furniture was chosen carefully, so that it fits into the design of the house and its charm. The smallest details were really taken into account, and you can get the right impression only when you visit the house, so don't wait any longer.

The villa is located far enough from the city center that those who stay in it can enjoy privacy and relax in silence, and close enough that it is possible to walk to the city and the beach - approx. 1500 m from the city center and 800 m from the popular city beach.
