The inter-floor structure is constructed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab made of MB30 concrete. The staircase and cantilevered slabs are also constructed as monolithic reinforced concrete structures made of MB30 concrete. The roof structure is a wooden gable roof with one side dormer. The roof is covered with interlocking tiles. All interior walls and ceilings of the basement and ground floor are plastered in two layers. The floors of the external entrance staircase and balconies are covered with anti-slip ceramic tiles, while the floors of the ground floor hallway, bathroom, and kitchen are covered with glazed ceramic tiles.
