Beschreibung (Englisch): Janis Janulis apartments were named after the street of the same name only for the reason that the wonderful Janis Janulis, a Greek from the island of Corfu, got into a lot of debt by donating his very valuable field that fed his poor family for a cemetery to the Serbian army during the World War, and in this way we want to show our gratitude for his work and in memory of Serbia being mentioned more often. Janis Janulis 4 is located in a luxurious new building, on the ground floor of the building. Janis Janulis 4 has 2 separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a spacious terrace and an attached garage. It is suitable for up to 6 people. It is a very spacious, completely new and luxuriously equipped three-room apartment located in a beautiful part of Belgrade. The bathroom is extremely modern with a spacious shower area. The apartment also has a terrace. The interior is not burdened with decorative details. Not far from the sports and recreation center of Šumica, in a quiet Voždovačka street, the apartment is quite a good choice for those who come by car, but still want luxury for more than decent prices....
