Bezirk: Centar
Ort: Marijin Dvor
Schlafzimmer: 3
Badezimmer: 2
Wohnfläche: 108 m²

Beschreibung (Englisch): A spacious three-room apartment of 108 m² is for sale in an Austro-Hungarian era building, on the fourth floor, at one of the most sought-after addresses in central Sarajevo. SCC, Marijin Dvor, and everything the city has to offer are just a few minutes away on foot, while the street itself keeps the calm and character of the old part of town. The layout consists of three rooms, a separate kitchen with space for a dining area, a bathroom and a separate WC, a small balcony, and a spacious hallway connecting all the rooms. The orientation is east-west, so light follows the apartment throughout the day, from morning on one side to afternoon on the other. The signature features of this kind of construction are all here: high ceilings, herringbone parquet, tall windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and thick walls that hold a comfortable temperature in both summer and winter. . Heating is gas. The space has kept the original character that new builds simply don't have. It is ready to move into, while also offering a rewarding basis for renovation to your own taste. Square footage like this at an address like this doesn't come along often. Further information is available upon request.
