Beschreibung (Englisch): The land has an area of 480m²
It is located at the entrance to Zabljak, 5 minutes by car from the center of Zabljak. It has a nice view of the forest and access from two roads. The land itself is a flat rectangular shape from one whole and is divided into two construction zones (this was done so that two buildings could be built) and the construction of two buildings is allowed both according to the DUP(detailed urbanistic plan) and according to the decisions of the municipality that approved the conceptual design.
the project was stopped by my change of plans but there its still available (two houses, one of 210m², the other of 185m² square meters) In the foundations, one 73m² and the other 65m² That conceptual design was paid 2000e and comes with the purchuse of the land as a gift. As well as paid utilities for 104m² which are recognized both in a new project and in the old project that you receive as a gift. So they are obliged to bring electricity and water connection for 104m² and everything over that you pay extra. I would like to mention that this is one of the rare lands with all the necessary permits and in that regard you meet all the conditions for construction. The street is of second priority, which means that in winter those who clean snow pass there (which is very important for me in Zabljak) All that paperwork is available upon request. The price of the land is 56,000e . The price of the plot is fixed because it is estimated that in a few years it will be worth 50% more. National park, very close to the center, one of the few that has all the necessary permits. Phone number +3816013282423
