*Accommodation deposit in case of damage: 1.000€.

*Accommodation deposit is not rent payment, and it is refundable in the end of rent. Deposit is used in case anything is broken in the apartment which should be repaired. The full paid deposit will be returned upon departure, after the owner of the object examines the object and determines that there is no damage. Also you will receive a written confirmation that you have paid the deposit.

Also we will give you an invoice, as well confirmation that you are our guest in our apartment.
