Description: Avala House is located in a beautiful, nature-tucked, yet very easily accessible location. In the surrounding area there are several interesting hiking trails, a small lake Karagača hidden in nature, and of course there is the Avala mountain with all its facilities. The house can be reached quickly and easily in two ways, the old Aval road or the highway (it's a 10-minute drive from the RK IKEA exit).
The first impression on the guests is quite large, full of greenery, the yard around the house with several facilities for your enjoyment and leisure, such as a grass football field (fully lit in the evening), a wooden children's playground, a brick grill, tables and chairs, swings, deckchairs, a shower etc.
The interior is very comfortable, on the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a foyer with a sofa. One bedroom has two beds with the possibility of pulling out an additional bed, which makes a total of 4 sleeping places. The second bedroom has a large double bed for two people, while the third bedroom has one double bed for two people and a smaller bed for a child. A total of 8 adults + one or two children can stay overnight. The square footage of the building is 150m2.
The kitchen is fully equipped, glasses, plates, cutlery for over 20 people. A stable Wi-Fi signal, cable TV and a Bluetooth speaker are available to guests.
It is also possible to reach the object by public transport line 403, from the GSP station to the house is 1 km or a 15-minute walk.
