Description: Villa Smiljanic is located in an easily accessible location if you come from the capital or any place in central Serbia. From Belgrade, you can reach the building on the new Miloš Veliki highway in exactly one hour (78 km). The villa is located in the vicinity of Ljig, not far from the exclusion from the highway, the whole way to the house is paved and good.

By renting this facility, you are actually renting a smaller hotel with two halls for socializing and smaller celebrations in its complex and a large covered terrace of 60 square meters that stretches across the river. A yard full of greenery decorated with beautiful thuja trees will give you a real vacation in nature while listening to the murmur of the river. In the yard there are several facilities for relaxation and entertainment: a large barbecue, kettle, table and benches.

At 50m from the house there is a beautifully landscaped park for children. The Church of the Transfiguration of Christ from 1874 is located at the same distance. So the location of the house is ideal if you are planning a baptism celebration or a smaller wedding party.

The facility has 6 bedrooms, 4 completely separate and two are part of a large family apartment, decorated with hotels, with all the complete equipment for a pleasant holiday. There is one double bed in each of the rooms. The living room has 3 single beds. Each room has a bathroom (except the family which has one bathroom for two rooms) and a terrace with a beautiful view. Maximum capacity of beds is 15.

On the ground floor there is a large living room that looks like a restaurant hall and is fully equipped with restaurant chairs and tables that can comfortably seat 12-15 people.

At the base of the house there is an area of ​​80 sqm - "Tavern", which is used for socializing, gatherings and celebrations, in the current setting can comfortably sit 30 people and there is room for more. There are enough plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. for 30 people.

The house is located at the foot of the mountain Rajac (peak 848 m) and offers great potential for sightseeing and hiking in nature.

Guests have at their disposal satellite TV in each room, Wi-Fi, music device with sound system and AUX connection, central heating, covered concrete parking with 6-7 parking spaces.
