Description: A luxurious villa where the word hedonism gains its true meaning. It is located in the Mišeluk neighborhood near Novi Sad on the banks of the Danube River with a view of the popular beach Štrand. The villa is easily accessible from Belgrade, mainly via the highway, within an hour's drive (89 km).
The property consists of three levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a large living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (appliances, glasses, plates, cutlery, cleaning supplies, etc.). The first floor features two living rooms, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The second floor includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a spacious French bed, measuring 200x220 cm. The 3 living rooms have pull-out sofas, each accommodating 2 sleeping places. The total number of sleeping places is 12, which can comfortably fit adults, and children can also be easily accommodated.
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 25.
In front of the villa, there is a covered area that can seat up to 25 people, equipped with a built-in grill and a platform exposed to the sun until dusk.
The large pool is 4x10 meters in size, with a shallow section occupying 1/3 of the pool and a depth of 1.3m, while the deeper part is 1.9m deep. The pool area includes a jacuzzi for 2 people, a shower, and a toilet. Next to the pool is a summer garden with two swings, a children's playground, and a basketball hoop. The pool has a special system that allows it to be covered or open at will and features a temperature regulation system available from April 1 to October 31.
Check-in takes place between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and can be later at the guest's request.
