Description: A luxury villa in which the word hedonism got its true meaning. It is located in the village of Mišeluk, near Novi Sad on the banks of the Danube with a view of the popular beach Strand. The villa is very easy to reach from Belgrade, mostly by highway in an hour's drive (89km).

The building consists of three levels. The ground floor has an entrance hall, large living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (appliances, glasses, plates, cutlery, chemicals, etc.). On the first floor there are two living rooms, a bedroom and a bathroom. While on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In 3 bedrooms there is one double bed of rather large dimensions 200x220 cm. While the 3 living rooms have sofa beds, each with 2 beds. The total number of beds is 12. The number refers to adults. Children can be easily accommodated in quite comfortable beds.

Maximum number of people to stay at the facility is 25.

In front of the villa there is a saletla - a covered area that provides seating for 25 people, there is a brick barbecue and a plateau where the sun is present until dusk.

A large pool measuring 4x10 meters, the shallower part occupies 1/3 of the pool and is 1.3m deep while the deeper one is 1.9m deep. Within the pool there is a Jacuzzi for 2 people, shower and toilet. Next to the pool is a summer garden with 2 swings. Playground for children and basket.

The pool has a special system with which it can be covered or open if desired. The pool has a system for regulating water temperature.

Parking is available for 9 cars.

Check in takes place between 13:00 and 14:00, it can be later at the request of the guest.

Check out is at 12:00, with the cleaning of the exterior surfaces starting at 10:00.
