Description: To reach the Grza picnic area near the city of Paraćin, exit the Belgrade–Niš highway onto the main road Paraćin–Zaječar. The cottage is part of this popular picnic and weekend area, named after the Grza River, whose source is located at 480 meters above sea level at the foot of the Južni Kučaj mountain. The entire area is rich in deciduous forests, mainly maple and ash.
The cottage is a true retreat in nature, with a fairytale-like view around the house filled with greenery. The large yard includes a field for football, grass volleyball, and badminton (rackets provided). For the youngest, there is a trampoline and swings, making this place highly recommended for a family getaway as well as for adults who love the combination of nature and sports.
For food lovers, there’s a traditional grill, a kettle, and a barbecue.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has a sofa bed. In the living room, there’s another sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The house can sleep up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms has a wood-burning stove, a cozy feature for winter days.
The property is nestled in nature, offering complete privacy without prying eyes.
There is a small house in the yard for pets, but they are not allowed inside the cottage.
