Description: The Grza picnic area, near the town of Paraćin, can be reached when you turn off the Belgrade – Niš highway onto the Paraćin – Zaječar main road. The cottage is located within this famous picnic area and weekend village, named after the river of the same name, whose source is located at 480nm above sea level at the foot of the Južni Kučaj mountain. The entire area is rich in deciduous forests, mostly maple and ash.

The cottage is a real refuge in nature, the scenery around the house is fairy-tale and full of greenery. The large yard around the house contains a football field, a grass volleyball court, a badminton court (racquets are available). For the youngest, there is a trampoline and swings, so this place is a warm recommendation for a vacation with children, but also for adults who love a combination of nature and sports.

For gourmets, there is an inevitable talandara as well as a kettle and a barbecue.

The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed. The living room also has a sofa bed that can sleep one person. The number of beds is 5. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace, which is a real pleasure in winter days.

The property is nestled in nature, so it offers complete privacy without prying eyes.

There is a house in the yard for your pets, but they are not allowed in the house.

There are numerous sites worth seeing in the area. Sisevac picnic area, Petruška area, Lešije Monastery, Sveta Petka Monastery, Stevi Pisar Monument, Water source in the village of Krežbinac, Water source Slatina, Rtanj mountain, Sokobanja. So it is possible to make several very beautiful tours.
