Description: The Grza picnic area, in the vicinity of the town of Paracin, can be reached when you turn off the Belgrade-Nis highway onto the Paracin-Zajecar highway. The cottage is located within this famous picnic area and weekend resort named after the river of the same name, whose spring is located at 480 meters above sea level at the foot of the mountain South Kucaj. The whole area is rich in deciduous forests, mostly maple and ash.

The cottage is a real refuge in nature, the scene around the house is fairytale and full of greenery. The large yard around the house contains a football field, grass volleyball, badminton field (rackets are available). For the youngest there are trampolines and swings, so this place is a warm recommendation for a vacation with children, but also for adults who like a combination of nature and sports.

For gourmets there is an unavoidable talandara as well as a kettle and barbecue.

The house consists of two bedrooms, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed in one bedroom. The second bedroom has a sofa bed. The living room also has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The number of beds is 6. Within one of the bedrooms there is a fireplace stove which is a real pleasure in winter days.

The building is tucked away in nature, so it provides complete privacy without prying eyes.

There is a house for your pets in the yard, but they are not allowed in the house.

There are numerous places worth paying attention to in the surroundings. Excursion site Sisevac, Petruška region, Lešije Monastery, Holy Friday Monastery, Monument to Stevi the scribe, Water source in the village Krežbinac, Water source Slatina, Rtanj mountain, Sokobanja. So it is possible to make some very nice tours.
