The property is ideal for a gathering of friends or a family vacation, guests have a large yard at their disposal, where there is a brick summer house in ethnic style with a large barbecue - spit, sacha and a large grill, a pool measuring 10x5, 1.8 meters deep, the cleanliness of which is given special attention on an everyday level, so you can bring your little ones without worry, and for them there are also swings, basketball, table football. For your relaxation, there is a professional surround sound system in the yard, and the same is also available in the interior of the building.

The interior of the villa is divided into two levels. On the first level there is a spacious living room dominated by nice sofas and a large smart TV, separate dining room and kitchen, bathroom. On the second level there are three bedrooms, a large terrace with a view of the pool, a bathroom and a gym (guests can use it only by arrangement). In two bedrooms there is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people, in one bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room, one of the sofas can also be extended and is suitable for sleeping for 2 people. The total number of sleeping places is 8.

Guests have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning on both levels, a fully equipped kitchen (glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.). Parking for several vehicles.
