The villa was designed with the idea of enjoying nature, and all amenities are tailored to ensure your maximum satisfaction. You can choose whether you’d like to swim in the pool, play a game of darts, or prepare gourmet specialties. One of the highlights is the attractively shaped swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4.5 m, with a shallow section (1.5 m) and a deeper section (1.9 m). The pool is available from June 1st to September 30th. In front of the house, there is a large covered terrace of 30 m², offering another magical view of the river.
For all cooking enthusiasts and food lovers, we have great news – at Dunavska Bajka, you can enjoy preparing grilled dishes, meals on a traditional iron plate (talandara), kettle specialties, and roasts.
The house consists of two levels. On the first level, there is a spacious living room featuring a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The second level includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace overlooking the pool and the Danube. The living room has two single beds. One bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom has one double bed and one pull-out bed, suitable for two people. The total sleeping capacity is 8 guests.
Although you will feel like you're staying in a luxury resort, the villa is just a 45-minute drive from the center of Belgrade. You can reach it via the old Zemun road—after passing Batajnica and Stari Banovci, the road leads straight to the villa. Alternatively, you can take the Novi Sad highway.
Dunavska Bajka is ideal for family vacations with children, gatherings with friends, and corporate events or team-building retreats. A lot of time and effort has been invested in adapting the villa to the needs of different types of guests, as well as in creating technical facilities that support all house services. Since the villa is located in a weekend settlement, loud music is NOT allowed.
Guests have access to a stable Wi-Fi connection, parking, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, and a fan is also available.
