Sava Platz is not an ordinary house for rent, it is a unique concept that consists of 4 units - Restaurant / bar - Apartments with a view of the Sava - Garden - Raft.

The interior of the villa is divided into two floors. The first is dominated by a restaurant with a bar of 175sqm (+ 30sqm kitchen and toilets) which is decorated with stylish unique furniture and attention to detail and beauty is exceptional. The capacity of the restaurant is 40 seats. Upstairs are three apartments, two of which have a separate bathroom, and each has its own small kitchen, while the restaurant has a men's and women's guest toilet. Two apartments are spacious of 35 square meters, both have one double bed and one sofa bed suitable for sleeping for 2 people and have access to a large terrace facing the river. The third smaller apartment has 20sqm and includes a king size bed measuring 200x200. The total number of beds is 10.

In front of the house there is a garden in the shade of poplars where you can comfortably accommodate 40 guests. The garden is equipped with comfortable tables, chairs, deck chairs for idyllic enjoyment on the Sava.

From the garden there is a bridge to the raft where the house is located, and within it there is a bar, large refrigerators, electricity connection, toilet, outdoor shower, so everything you need while enjoying the raft you do not have to go home. In front of the house on the front of the raft there is a large terrace which can be covered with a white awning, on the terrace there are several deck chairs, tables, chairs.

Guests have at their disposal a professional JBL sound system, paid Deezer and Youtube Premium, excellent Wi-Fi signal, air conditioning in 2 apartments and in the restaurant. Glasses, plates and cutlery for 40 people. In front there is a parking lot for 20 vehicles.
