Sava Platz is not an ordinary house for rent, it is a unique concept consisting of 4 units - Restaurant/bar - Apartments with a view of the Sava River - Garden - Raft.

The interior of the villa is divided into two floors. The first is dominated by a restaurant with a bar of 175 sq m (+ 30 sq m kitchen and toilets) which is decorated with stylish unique furniture and the attention to detail and beauty is exceptional. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 40. Upstairs there are three apartments, two of which have a separate bathroom, and each has its own small kitchen, while the restaurant has a male and female toilet for guests. Two of the apartments are spacious, 35 square meters, both have one double bed and one sofa bed suitable for sleeping for 2 people, and have access to a large terrace facing the river. The third, smaller apartment is 20 square meters and has a king-size bed measuring 200x200. The total number of beds is 8.

In front of the house there is a garden in the shade of poplar trees where you can comfortably accommodate 40 guests. The garden is equipped with comfortable tables, chairs, and loungers for idyllic enjoyment on the Sava.

A small bridge leads from the garden to the raft, which has a house and a bar, large refrigerators, electricity, a toilet, and an outdoor shower, so everything you need to enjoy the raft without having to go home. In front of the house on the front of the raft there is a large terrace that can be covered with a white awning if desired, on the terrace there are several deck chairs, tables, chairs available to guests.

Guests have access to a professional JBL sound system, paid Deezer and Youtube Premium, excellent Wi-Fi signal, air conditioning in 2 apartments and in the restaurant. Glasses, plates and cutlery for 40 people. In front there is parking for 20 vehicles.
