Charmingly landscaped yard in cascades of impeccably manicured lawns with creative furniture in vivid colors. The building has a stone-built kitchen with a bar, within which there is a sufficient number of refrigerators. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, sač, kettle, talandara, oven in which the famous "Cuban" pig can be stored. You can play the culinary masters yourself, or you can leave it to a team of experts from the side of the facility who will organize a complete menu of food, drinks and, if necessary, waiters, decoration, transportation and all other additional services.
The location is ideal, halfway from Avala to Kosmaj in the village of Koviona, near the building is a beautiful lake "Cherry". The location can be easily reached from Slavija Square just right and after about 30 minutes of driving when you turn right for the village of Koviona, the first building on the right.
Guests have at their disposal glasses, cutlery, plates, etc. for 60 people. The facility is pet friendly. It is not possible to sleep on the building, it is issued only for celebrations. Live music is allowed on site.
Price for renting a complete facility: 300 €
* Additional charge of €50 for restoring the property to its previous condition if the client does not wish to do it themselves. Rental period is 12:00-00:00.
