Description: Spa Vila Avala is located at the foot of the mountain of the same name in the weekend village of Šuplja Stena, which is known for its clean air, due to the ever-present wind rose. The distance from the center of Belgrade is 25 minutes by car and it can be easily reached by highway or Avala Road, depending on which part of the city you are coming from.

In all seasons, you can enjoy the comfort and luxury that this home offers. The facility includes a SPA zone of modern and luxurious design, a perfect place for relaxation and rest. An impressive large jacuzzi, which can comfortably accommodate 6 adults at the same time, will win the heart of every hedonist. The spa center also includes an infrared sauna that combines a salt room, as well as a shower and toilet. With carefully selected lighting and speakers connected via Bluetooth, it is easy to create the ideal atmosphere for enjoyment.

Guests have at their disposal 20 acres of green oasis around the facility. The summer kitchen, located under the porch, will allow you to prepare food outdoors while looking at the beautiful greenery and the top of Avala. There is also a large table that seats 10 people, darts, and a bar for the cocktail masters in the family. For a complete atmosphere, speakers have been installed that can be connected via Bluetooth. Not far from the porch, an outdoor fireplace has been built around which you can sit and enjoy the crackling fire while drinking your favorite wine. In the courtyard, there is a unique detail of this property, which is an originally designed hot tub - an outdoor bathtub in which you can enjoy and relax on cold days.

For gourmet specialties, there is a brick barbecue, a talandara, a kettle and a sač. Guests have at their disposal cutlery, glasses, plates, etc. for 15 people.

The interior of the house is adorned with a spacious, modernly decorated living room with a fireplace. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with a terrace, and the view is magical, including Avala, its peak and the tower. Each room is air-conditioned. The door from the living room leads to a large terrace where, under the shade of the vine, you can enjoy the sunset. On the veranda there is also a large parasol for very sunny days, under which there are side tables (6 people) and a coffee table.

Two bedrooms have one double bed each, while the third has one double and one single bed, and a baby cot can be installed. If necessary, one person can sleep on the sofa in the living room. The total maximum number of beds is 8. Inside the building there is another fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
