Description: Spa Villa Avala is located at the foot of the mountain of the same name in the weekend resort Šuplja stena, which is known for its clean air, due to the ever-present wind rose. The distance from the building to the center of Belgrade is a 25-minute drive, and it can be easily reached by highway or Avala road, depending on which part of the city you are coming from.
In all seasons you can enjoy the comfort and luxury that this home offers. Within the facility there is a SPA area with a modern and luxurious design, a perfect place for relaxation and rest. An impressive Jacuzzi of large dimensions, in which 6 adults can comfortably enjoy at the same time, will win the heart of every hedonist. As part of the spa center, there is also an infrared sauna, which is combined with a salt room, as well as a shower cabin and a toilet. Using carefully selected lighting as well as speakers connectable via bluetooth, it is easy to create an ideal atmosphere for enjoyment.
Guests have at their disposal 20 acres of green oasis around the facility. The summer kitchen, located under the porch, will allow you to prepare food outdoors while looking at the beautiful greenery and the top of Avala. There is also a large table that seats 10 people, darts, and a bar for the cocktail masters in the family. For complete enjoyment, there are also speakers that can be connected via bluetooth. An outdoor fireplace was built not far from the porch, around which you can sit and enjoy the crackling of the fire while drinking your favorite wine. In the yard, there is a unique detail of this building, which is an originally designed hot tub - an outdoor tub where you can enjoy and relax on cold days.
For gourmet specialties there is a brick grill, talandara, kettle and bowl. Guests have at their disposal escajg, glasses, plates, etc. for 15 people.
The interior of the house is decorated with a spacious modern living room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each of which has a terrace, and the view is magical, among other things you can see Avala, its top and tower.. Each room is air-conditioned. The door from the living room leads to a large terrace where, under the shade of the vines, you can enjoy the sunset. On the veranda there is also a large parasol for particularly sunny days under which there are chests of drawers for sitting (6 people) and a small table.
In two bedrooms there is one double bed, while in the third there is one double bed and one single bed, it is possible to install a cot for babies. If necessary, one person can sleep on the settee in the living room. The total maximum number of sleeping places is 8. There is another fully equipped kitchen and bathroom inside the building.
