The villa offers comfortable accommodation. Within the villa there are 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room of 60 square meters ideal for your socializing even on cold days, a fully equipped kitchen in American style and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the pool. In 3 bedrooms there is 1 double bed, while in one there is a pull-out sofa suitable for sleeping for 2 people, in the living room 2 people can also sleep on the sofa. If necessary, there is the possibility of inserting 3 folding armchairs for one person each, so the maximum sleeping capacity in the villa is 13.

Wi-fi, cable TV, central heating are available to guests. The building does not have air conditioning, but due to the very thick walls and natural shade, it is not needed.
