The villa is located on 50 acres of beautiful land in the Belgrade municipality of Barajevo, 35 km from the city center. It was built in a position with a great view of Avala and Belgrade. Isolated from crowds and noise, it offers you complete privacy. Behind the plot is a beautiful forest that creates clean air and an incredible air spa.
The lounge, which is located around a large attractively designed swimming pool, is definitely a place where you will want to bring your friends. Filled with canopies, sunbeds, tujas, it makes a real private oasis within easy reach of Belgrade.

In front of the house there is a large terrace with an outdoor fireplace, which is a special attraction. The interior of Villa Morena is spread over 2 levels. On the first floor there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, in winter conditions tables and formal chairs are placed in the living room for the organization of smaller celebrations for up to 30 people. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with washing machine). In 3 bedrooms there is one double bed, in 1 bedroom there are 3 single beds, and in the living room there is a possibility to pull out a set with 2 beds. The total number of beds is 11. The beds have anti-allergic mattresses, pillows and bed linen.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as glasses and plates for 30 people. For connection, guests can use high speed Wi-Fi. In the living room there is also a flat screen TV with Total TV HD and regular channels as well as a wireless (bluetooth, USB, CD, radio) 300w speaker for outdoor and indoor use. The building also has lighting. Guests can cool down or heat up with the inverter air conditioner.
