Solea Luxury Concept comprises three equally lavish villas with pools, designed as separate units, each available for rent, or you can rent the entire complex simultaneously for events hosting up to 100 guests. Each villa features a private pool, outdoor space, and its own yard area. The modern heated deep-dive pools are surrounded by wooden lounge decks, where you can relax on sun loungers and feel like a star with your loved ones. During the evening, when the real stars appear in the sky, the entire atmosphere becomes breathtaking. The location of the property offers an incredible view of the open green horizon surrounding this area and the Duboki Potok Lake. With nothing obstructing the view between the resort and the lake, your privacy is guaranteed. All three houses are identical and unique when it comes to interior design. The front of the house openly overlooks the part with the courtyard and the pool and is sunny during warm days, which is allowed by a wall of glass sliding doors. The furniture is new, in light tones and each part of the living room, dining room, kitchen is highly equipped for guests' stay. The bathroom is designed according to the "last word" in architectural trends. Each of the houses has 7 sleeping places, in the bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room there is a four-seater that does not stretch out and a sofa bed. and the capacity for staying during the day in each is up to 20 guests. The houses are Solea #1, Solea #2, Solea #3 - and it is possible to rent each separately, as well as rent all guest house facilities within the complex.
