Solea Luxury Concept is a trio of three equally luxurious villas with a pool, designed as separate units, each of which is available for rent, as well as renting the entire complex at the same time for events of up to 70 people. Each has a private saltwater pool, with outdoor space and its own part of the yard, while one of the villas also has a jacuzzi that is available until the end of April, after which the pool in which the water is heated can be used. The state-of-the-art deep dive pools with their own heating are surrounded by a lounge plateau made of wooden elements where you can feel like a star with your loved ones on the deck chairs. And in the evening hours, when they appear in the sky, the whole impression is breathtaking. The location of the property is such that it offers an incredible view of the open horizon of greenery that surrounds this landscape and Lake Duboki Potok. From the resort to the lake itself, there is nothing that blocks the view, so your privacy is guaranteed. You don't have to worry if you are undecided with whom you would spend time here - because renting one villa allows up to 20 people to stay, while if you rent the entire complex as already mentioned, that number can go up to 70 guests.

All three houses are identical, and unique when it comes to interior design. The front of the house overlooks the courtyard and pool area and is sunny on warm days, which is allowed by a wall of sliding glass doors. The furniture is new, in light tones, and each part of the living room, dining room, and kitchen is highly equipped for guests. The bathroom is designed according to the “latest word” in architectural trends. Each house has 7 sleeping places. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. The living room has a four-seater that does not extend and a sofa bed. The capacity for overnight stays in each is up to 20 guests. The houses are Solea #1, Solea #2, Solea #3 - and it is possible to rent each separately, as well as rent all guest house facilities within the complex. Each house has its own jacuzzi.

There are shops 1,500 meters from the complex, as well as restaurants that deliver. The hosts can also organize catering and ice supply. The facility also has an electric grill.
