Pleasant comfort, landscaped surroundings and magical reflections of the sun from the lake will fill you with positive energy and the desire to enjoy these parts again.

The spacious yard is ideal for various types of entertainment and activities such as frisbee, badminton, volleyball... A summer house with a fireplace occupies a special place, a place where you can have long evening conversations with the sound and warmth of the fire, laugh and enjoy yourself with a glass of your favorite drink. There is also a corner for sitting outside with comfortable armchairs, and for lovers of cooking or tasting, there is an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue and a place for cooking in a kettle.

The villa itself is very spacious and decorated in Vojvodina style with special attention and love for details. The unique corner represents the glazed lobby of the villa with a wonderful view of everything that surrounds you. It is equipped with carefully selected furniture, a variety of armchairs and swings to ensure your complete comfort. The interior of the villa consists of a living room with comfortable furniture, and below is a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for preparing food and serving a large number of people.
The villa boasts a large number of sleeping places distributed in 5 bedrooms. Room 1: double water bed size 200x220cm, single bed 90x200cm and bathroom with shower. Room 2: double water bed size 200x220cm, two single beds each size 90x200cm and bathroom with shower. Room 3: double bed size 180x200cm, extra bed 80x200cm and bathroom with shower. Room 4: double bed 160x200cm. Room 5: double bed 180x200cm and single bed 90x200cm. The total number of beds is 15.

Glasses, plates and cutlery are available to guests. The facility is air-conditioned and has a stable Wi-Fi signal. There is a sufficient number of parking spaces.

Additional services include a cook who can prepare meals by arrangement. Depending on what and which meals he prepares, his service will be calculated on the basis of a minimum daily wage of 4,000 dinars.
Horse-drawn carriage ride to Deliblatska peščara by arrangement (price depends on the number of people, as well as the length of the ride). The minimum price is 2000 din.
