The building is located in the Popovica settlement, from where there is a view of the beautiful Petrovaradin, the blue of the Danube, as well as the center of Novi Sad. Fruška gora is in the immediate vicinity, so in Primavera you feel like you are in the center of everything urban and green.

The property is in the privacy of its elements, and everything inside and around the house shows the effort and details that give Villa Primavera a likable and attractive context. It was insisted on the harmony of materials, colors and the very modernity of the furniture and the style in which this object was conceived.

The yard is on a cascade of meticulous lawn, and when you pass the guest house from the very entrance to the property, you come out on an immodest plateau that has a swimming pool, a lounge platform with deckchairs and an intimate summer house covered with canopies. From this point there is certainly the most beautiful view of the scenery of this part of Vojvodina known for the smells of nature and the sounds it makes. For gourmets, a brick grill is available, and you can use a bluetooth speaker, so gatherings with friends here are a real impression. And so that you don't gather with your loved ones only at the table or by the water, there is also a fire pit where you can spend the best quality time under the open sky in the evening. There is also a modern shower made of wooden elements and a separate toilet outside, which are very useful on hot days.

With the assistance of the host, in the direction you imagine - the entire ambience of the villa can be transformed into the genre of your choice. That's why this facility is a great space for bachelorette parties, intimate trips, weddings, birthday parties and the like. Up to 20 guests can stay at the facility during the day during the flight. The entire atmosphere of the property is as charming on a warm day as it is in winter when it snows - so every corner of Primavera is photogenic for your memories.

The exterior of the villa captivates with the Scandinavian style of architecture, and inside the house this style is even more apparent.
The house has a ground floor and a gallery. On the lower level there is a kitchen, a dining room with a dining table and a living room with additional facilities. During the cold days, the central role is played by the modern fireplace that will warm you so that 'there is no winter'. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and one with an additional sofa bed. From the living room, through the glass portals, there is a view of the terrace and the unique viewpoint of the estate, which creates a strong impression. The bathroom has a modern look, with all the necessary elements and ready-made according to the guests' requests.

The gallery in the attic of the house is a special lounge area enriched with various details, and offers two beds of different dimensions, so it is possible for 3 guests to sleep in this part. The total sleeping capacity is - 8. Guests are provided with a private parking lot, so from here you can go on adventures to nearby localities and landmarks during your stay.
