Our rating: the house needs to be completely renovated from the ground up. Wes is pretty high up in location and the neighbors do a little farming. You don't have a lot of land and you don't have a very big house either, the only advantage is that everything is registered and completely legal. If someone wants to get ready for a small house with a sea view, it's just the thing. It is a small manageable object with a view of Dobra Voda and the sea as well as the mountains.
