Tilia Houses are three "sister" cottages, i.e. log cabins on one plot, which, due to its width of 1 hectare and the arrangement of the meadow, is a recognizable and popular choice if you are looking to enjoy a longer or shorter stay. Here is not only your 'place under the sun', but also a place under a linden tree, whose tree is a recognizable central part of the estate. There are also garden elements, benches for enjoyment as well as children's play facilities, barbecue and other elements for quality socializing. The days here are just as beautiful in warm weather, snowy slopes and when the leaves are blooming and falling. From the estate, you can go on sightseeing and walking activities throughout Kosmaj, which is known for its greenery and clean air.

Tilia Houses is an ideal choice for family stays, gatherings with loved ones, socializing with colleagues in an informal and relaxed atmosphere - and given that the facility offers up to 15 sleeping places with special benefits of the entire log cabin rental, it is spacious enough for your requirements.

There are three separate houses. Each of them has 70m2 on one level - with two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dining room, an equipped kitchen and a large terrace. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The total sleeping capacity of each house is - 5 people. The maximum number of people per house is 10. Everything inside the house is modern, with all essential elements and an ambience that creates the comfort and pleasantness needed for a real vacation. Log cabins have underfloor heating and air conditioning for temperature regulation, the entire facility is covered by a Wi-Fi signal and has TV facilities. In the vicinity of the building there are several catering facilities with traditional offers and household products.
