Here is not only your 'place under the sun' but also a place under the linden tree whose tree is the recognizable central part of the property. There are also garden elements, benches for enjoyment as well as children's play facilities, barbecue and other elements for quality socializing. The days here are equally beautiful in warm weather, snowy slopes and when the leaves are blooming and falling. From the property you can embark on sightseeing activities and walks throughout Kosmaj, which is known for its greenery and clean air.
Tilia Houses is an ideal choice for family stays, gatherings with loved ones, socializing with colleagues in an informal and relaxed atmosphere - and considering that the facility offers up to 15 sleeping places with special benefits of renting the entire log cabin, it is spacious enough for your requirements.
There are three separate houses. Each of them has 70m2 on one level - with two bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, an equipped kitchen and a large terrace. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The total sleeping capacity of each house is - 5 people. The maximum number of people per house is 10. Everything inside the houses is modern, with all the essential elements and an ambiance that creates comfort and pleasantness needed for a real vacation. The log cabins have underfloor heating and air conditioning for temperature regulation, the entire facility is covered by a Wi-Fi signal and has TV facilities. There are several catering establishments with traditional offers and homemade products in the vicinity of the facility.
