Our Rating: It is a modern and well built building, you have the biggest supermarket opposite and for a city apartment the location is quite quiet especially in the evenings. It is a bit more expensive, but few wishes remain unfulfilled, however, apartment prices have gone up a lot and so it is again in the middle price segment.
