Description: This plot in Pecurice is in the first line with a perfect sea view and the bay. This plot is steep but the ground is good because it is complete from rocks. In this area you can only find German people and from the Belgium. It is a good place to build some apartment hotel or create some modern house. You cannot go directly down to the sea but it is possible to build some stairs in the rocks down to the sea.
Our rating: It is one of the last good plots on the first line in this area. The road is at the moment in bad condition because a lot of tracks were used for building. We hear that the road will be refreshed after all the building is finished. The price for building on rocks is high, but the grounding is the best for this steep area. Because you don’t need so much concrete for slope protection.
