Our rating: It's a good plot for building a house with two big floors and a great view of Susanj. The price of a plot of land in Susanj without a house is currently more than 150 €/m² without flat land and own water. They have communication cables and internet there. Behind the house, a small path leads directly up the mountain and you can take a really nice walk there. We cannot find anything negative about this property with the old house.
