Avala Chillout is a way of enjoyment. Everything from entering the gate to the end of the estate invites relaxation, leisure, but also action and liveliness. The spacious yard of the building is decorated with a large swimming pool with a surrounding plateau, where it is most popular to lie in the sun or enjoy a glass of drink. There are modern deckchairs that offer a pleasant view of the forest, while at night the starry sky opens above you. Next to the swimming pool there is a summer house, with a brick barbecue, a summer kitchen and a fridge, so it is one of the bases for guests to enjoy undisturbed and all-day rest. There are also additional children's facilities, hammock chairs, a table for table tennis and other elements that are available for play and animation.

The building is part of a tame weekend resort, so it is ideal for family gatherings, holidays, intimate getaways with loved ones, socializing with colleagues from the company in an informal environment - and other ideas that fit into this ambience of the Avalanche countryside.

The house consists of two guest levels. In the lower part of the cottage there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a living room and an equipped bathroom. The entirety of this part of the interior is modern, artistically furnished with additional details and friendly to guests. There is also a rustic stove and TV facilities, and the space is very bright during the day, so you can relax here as well as in the yard. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The total sleeping capacity is - 7. From the first floor of the house there are two separate exits to a large terrace where there is furniture for sitting and from which you can directly access the pool area and the rest of the garden.
