"Family Nest" is a facility located on 15 ares of green property, very close to Smederevo Road. While on one side the plot is in the shade of pine, fir and birch trees, it offers a crystal clear view of the Danube panorama, so this object is a great compromise for various gourmets. The yard of the house, apart from the large area that is a grass carpet in the summer and an idyllic snow path in the winter, is filled with various contents and furniture. There are garden chairs, furniture, deckchairs, a badminton set, soccer balls, a swing nest and more...

The "Family Nest" cottage is an equally good choice when it comes to family gatherings, escape from the city with loved ones, retreats with colleagues, but also when it comes to intimate celebrations, engagement or birthday celebrations - and any celebrations that are in line with the rules of house rules and the nature that surrounds you.
The facility in its full capacity can host up to - 30 people in the living room.

The landscape itself is interesting for shorter or longer walks along the paths that lead through the orchards to the springs or the banks of the Danube itself. In addition to historical monuments, the area is also known for its restaurants that offer gastronomic choices of traditional cuisine.

The house is designed with two separate entrances. From the ground floor you enter the kitchen and dining room. In this space, there is the possibility of overnight stays on two separate folding beds (up to two people). The yard of this part of the ground floor is covered with a roof canopy and has a direct connection with the covered terrace. Special stairs lead to the first floor of the house, where there is a bathroom, a bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (2-3 persons) and a living room equipped with a folding sofa that can sleep 2 adults. From this room there is access to the upper open terrace where there is a "green corner" with lazy beds and from where there is a panoramic view, which is the greatest decoration of the location of this building. The total sleeping capacity is - up to 6 guests.
