Description: This facility is such that it is easy to get to, and very difficult to leave - all because of the pleasure it provides. We present to you a cottage with a swimming pool located 35 minutes' drive from the center of Belgrade, in the Meljak settlement.

The cottage is surrounded by a dense forest, and provides privacy during your stay with your loved ones. In the intimacy of the estate, you can only hear the call of nature, and the mornings and sunsets here are even more beautiful and intense than when you are in the city. But even that increased greenery around you "breaks" the bright and clear blue color of the pool, which is modernly built so that you can relax in it and around it during warm days. The pool has a heating system, so you can relax in it even when it gets dark and the lights come on. The lawn by the water has been properly adapted, and there is also a small concrete plateau with garden furniture where you can enjoy with friends. A summer house under the shade of leaves is another corner for socializing. If you are not looking for luxury but an authentic Šumadija ambience and contact with nature, you are in the right place.

The facility is suitable and arranged for various gatherings, so it is an excellent choice for birthdays, intimate celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or socializing with colleagues outside the office and commitments. In its capacity, it can accommodate up to - 20 guests during the day.

There are two guest houses on the property, the host popularly calls them Big and Little House. They differ in capacity and size. The small house has a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the small house, there is a double sofa bed suitable for two people, as well as one single bed. The large house is on two levels. The first level consists of a living room with a dining room and a kitchen and a sofa bed suitable for two people. The house exudes warmth and a lot of wooden elements, so you will feel at home during your stay here. On the first floor, there are sleeping facilities, i.e. two rooms and another bathroom. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The total sleeping capacity is - 9.

The facility is air-conditioned and covered by a Wi-Fi signal, and parking is also available to guests, which makes their stay easier.
