The building itself is isolated, so privacy and enjoyment of nature is guaranteed.

The main advantage of this great concept will be waiting for you as soon as you step into the interior of the house, a large lounge area of 50 square meters with a bar and ethnic motifs where you can host up to 35 guests, for which you have tables, chairs, benches also in ethnic style, as well as a complete cuttlery. and utensils for eating and drinking.

On the front side, there is a floor-to-ceiling glass portal that offers a wonderful view of the green landscapes that surround the building. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, with 2 large refrigerators, and behind the bar there is a large grill with a spit and an open area, so in winter days, when you want it, it can also have the function of a fireplace. The facility is air-conditioned.

A large smart TV, Wi-Fi, as well as a sound system with a karaoke system are available to guests.
Because of its position, the facility is an ideal option for celebrations, you can organize socializing with music without disturbing anyone. Vacation in Cave is already the first choice for many bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays and company celebrations.

The yard in front of the building has plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy on nice days, and a swimming pool is available to guests in the summer. There is also an outdoor brick barbecue. The interior is refined with a lot of unique works of art, most of the wooden furniture elements that you will find in the building are unique, which were diligently made by the host of the building. All the pictures that decorate the interior are also the work of the household members and provide an irresistible note of warmth in the house itself.

From the living room you enter 2 bedrooms, one has 4 single beds while the other has a double bed, on the same level there is a fully equipped bathroom. On the floor, which is reached by an auxiliary staircase in the mountain style, there is a special ethnic corner with 2 small bedrooms, the entire floor is paneled, on this level the ceiling height is below standard due to the slope, so it may be an ideal option for housing children or young people, but certainly in both upper bedrooms there is one bed of standard size for one adult. The total sleeping capacity is 8.

Around the building itself there are many paths for walking in nature, a tour of the entire estate is a tour in itself, and we recommend that you also visit Lake Trešnja, which is located not far from the complex.
