The property offers a view of the city and the Valjevo mountain range, and on all sides it is separated from the rest of the neighborhood by rich vegetation and flora. The yard is in a cascading position, and from the terrace of the house you can enjoy the view of the entire property and the surrounding area.

There are children's facilities, garden furniture, and the unique point of the cottage is the marble plateau with a fenced grill, a table for feasts and parties.
