Description: Kosmajpoliten is the capital of hospitality abundance mixed with great amenities and several types of accommodation units. This resort is located in the Babe settlement, it belongs to the Kosmaj mountain, but also to all guests who decide to spend moments outside the city here. It takes ~45 minutes from Belgrade itself and even less time to fall in love with Kosmajpoliten.

Kosmajpoliten combines many different ideas of hedonism and active vacation into one whole that is at your fingertips. Namely, the property consists of a plot of land that gathers several entities in one. From the spacious garden, the modern design of the entire environment to the guest units, everything is subordinated to the idea of vacation during the entire season. Guests can choose between a bungalow, a lux studio, a modern villa, but also "dreaming" under the open sky at night when you spend time under the stars. In addition to the idea of a unified tone of houses, Kosmajpoliten is also recognizable by the colorful layout of the estate. There is a swimming pool with clear water and a spacious beach plateau that offers plenty of deckchairs and a position that is always exposed to the sun. Large green lawns are left to the imagination of the youngest, and there is also an authentic windmill with a children's playground that simply invites play and luxury. Adults can have fun grilling, but also fulfill all their demands and wishes through the equipped bar, i.e. Cafe that can accommodate up to 30 guests. This corner offers a garden as well as an indoor area with a fully equipped bar, coffee machines, coolers and several toilets.

The facility is an ideal choice for larger gatherings, family outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, luxurious team building content and all ideas of fun that can be realized under your direction in the facilities of Kosmajpoliten. Up to - 50 guests can be at the facility during the day.

Guest bungalows are very popular and make up 5 buildings within the estate. Each bungalow has a double bed, while one has a double bed and a sofa for one guest. The bungalows are air-conditioned, have their own terrace and bathroom. The total sleeping capacity in the bungalows is - 11.

Lux Studio next to the pool area is part of the accommodation with one double bed and 2 sofa beds - in addition there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The facility is air-conditioned and the total sleeping capacity is - 4.

When it comes to the villa, it is spread over two levels. The first level, on the ground floor, consists of a bedroom and two living rooms. There is one double bed in the bedroom, while in one living room there is a settee suitable for two people. On the ground floor there are two bathrooms, a fully equipped stylish kitchen. On the first floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms, one with two double beds, while the other has a double bed and a separate bathroom. The total sleeping capacity of the villa is -10.
