Villa Vesperi can be reached in ~40 minutes from Belgrade, so the plot is accessible and in an excellent location.

Villa Vesperi offers its guests a special atmosphere, outside the city and yet close to peace, but also to events - to all those who simply want luxurious relaxation in the middle of nature. The property is isolated from the neighborhood by green conifers and beautiful vegetation on one side, and the yard is of large dimensions, and in it there are various facilities available to guests for moments of hedonism. First of all, during hot days, it is advisable to cool off in the pool, which is surrounded by a meticulous lawn, where you can sunbathe, enjoy and socialize with your loved ones. Sunbeds, umbrellas, lazy bags, a rocking bench with a canopy, etc. are available. Then there is a real modern summer house, through which fresh air always passes, and the smell of food that you can prepare here on the brick grill will only add to that ambiance. A large dining table, kitchen facilities and enough space for you and those closest to you to spend quality moments here enjoying food and drink. For children's entertainment, there is a special part of the property that offers outdoor play and imagination facilities. There is a treehouse with a slide, a trampoline, a swing, children's furniture as well as a table and chairs where adults can watch their little ones.

The facility is suitable for family stays, outdoor celebrations, team building with colleagues from the company in an informal atmosphere - and any celebrations that are in accordance with the rules of Villa Vesperi. The facility can host up to - 40 people in the daily version. Additional garden furniture, plates, accessories and other contents needed for celebrations are available to guests - upon additional request.

The guest house has a modern character, and it is equipped with effort so that you can be comfortable in it at any time of the year. It consists of two bedrooms, living room, dining area, equipped kitchen and one bathroom. In one room there is a double bed, in the other the same double bed with an additional child's bed. In the living room there is a corner sofa suitable for two people, as well as another extra bed. The total sleeping capacity is - 7. From the living room there is access to the terrace in front of the house, which is in the shade of the roof and offers a quiet corner for relaxation. The entire interior of villa Vesperi is in a light tone and modern style.
