It extends over 20 ares of a meticulous courtyard defined by a grass carpet as well as treetops that create intimacy. The villa belongs to a quiet neighborhood, where the main word is still the untouched rural idyll and nature made up of the scents of the forest, the call of domestic animals, but also the feeling of clean air, which is dominant here and has a beneficial effect on your health as well as your mood. The yard is equipped with garden furniture, safe and spacious for the youngest to play, enjoy the sun, but also the sight of the stars and the open sky at night.

The facility is an ideal choice for family stays, city escapes with loved ones, trips and adventures in the surrounding historical and cultural places that are not far from the villa itself - as well as any vacation rental that fits the idea of the facility. Due to the equipment of the house and its convenient location, the villa is also available for work-in-house purposes.

The house was built in a special Šumadija style, on two floors, and is fully equipped for a longer or shorter period of time. It has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar element, a dining room and two large bathrooms. From the living room, there is direct access to the terrace, which, in addition to an unassuming view of Kosmaj and the surrounding area, also offers a hydromassage bath suitable for 4 people. There are four separate and spacious bedrooms as well as two more terraces. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor of the villa, while two are on the first floor. Each room has a double bed, in two rooms there is an additional two-seater, in one there is an armchair - and they are equipped with hotel accessories as well as additional furniture (wardrobe, desk, table, chairs). The total sleeping capacity of the facility is - 9. The interior of the facility is stylishly decorated with designer furniture and a warm atmosphere created by the idea of a guest stay here. Board games, TV content, use of a Wi-Fi router, as well as a fireplace, which requires special instructions for use and an additional charge, are at your disposal.
