Description: Villa Nikolas is a scenic property that has a uniform and striking guest scene of rest and entertainment. The building is located in Barajevo, only ~30 minutes drive from the center of Belgrade. The property has a private fenced parking lot as well as a fully equipped household.
At first impression, Villa Nikolas is impressive because of the green "walls" made up of luxuriant trees and vegetation, so you are really in privacy during your stay on the property. The house is connected by paths to most every corner of the yard, and the central part of the exterior is the part with the pool. At your disposal is a pool with crystal water 10m x 6m in surface, and up to 1.8m deep. Around the pool there is a modest lounge area where there are deckchairs, umbrellas, summer props for playing, as well as an area with spacious furniture in the shade of the tent, which is directly next to the water. The courtyard is impressive on sunny days due to the greenery, flowers and many places to sit and enjoy, and due to the peace, open sky and charm, it is an equally beautiful dining experience during the night under the stars.
Villa Nikolas is a facility intended for family vacations, smaller celebrations, bachelorette parties, team building, children's birthdays in a capacity that agrees with the rules of the house - so during the day stay on the property, up to -25 people can stay (including children). Capacity for adults - 15. The facility is extremely photogenic and rich in details, so photography/recordings can also be organized here. There is also a bluetooth speaker at your disposal, and acoustic music without a sound system is also allowed.
The house is fully equipped and adapted for longer and shorter stays. It consists of two floors, and an exit to the balcony from which the rest of the property and the part with the swimming pool are directly reflected. On the ground floor there is a living room, an equipped kitchen with a dining room and each floor has its own bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms: in one room there is a double bed, in the second a 120 cm bed (1-2 people), in the third room there is a 120 cm bed and 2 extra beds, in the fourth room there are 2 single beds. The total sleeping capacity is 9+2. The facility is covered by Wi-Fi signal, has a stylish fireplace, while during the summer it is air-conditioned according to your needs. Upon additional request, catering from a local restaurant serving national cuisine is possible.
